Freeze is a paid service available for monthly or annual memberships and can be requested anytime while the membership is still active.

All items found will be stored in Lost & Found for a maximum of 7 days before disposal. Obsidian Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items anywhere in the facility.

Please remain respectful and mindful of others: avoid filming during peak hours, ensure tripods or commercial-style shooting do not disturb fellow members, and refrain from creating any inappropriate or disruptive content within the gym.

Members must follow all posted rules and staff safety instructions. Obsidian gym may suspend or terminate membership and deny entry without refund for rule violations, unsafe behavior, misuse of access, disrespectful behavior, actions that harm other members or the gym’s reputation, or conduct that makes other uncomfortable.

Obsidian is a pet-friendly space, but we kindly ask that all pets remain on a leash and off the sofa beds at all times. Pets are limited to the bar area border to ensure hygiene for all guests.

Please let us know how we can assist you regarding your pets. Also, pet waste is the owner’s responsibility and is not allowed in the parking or facility areas, so we appreciate your mindfulness.

Obsidian prohibits smoking and vaping, except in our designated bar area. However, vaping is permitted in our Cabana area. As a health facility, we aim to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
