your purchased ⁠membership cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred. Failure to regularly use facilities and services during the membership period still counts according to the original membership period

 A member would only need to pay Rp 300K once to freeze for one period in the duration of 12 months, aligned with the request that the member has submitted. If you have arrived earlier than expected we will unfreeze at the front desk in this moment. Paying in advance is necessary and end dates cannot be changed.

Please mind your belongings. Obsidian is not financially and physically responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items. Please check the lost and found with the help of front desk staff to reclaim any gathered belongings.

We’re happy to see you create great content at Obsidian — but please avoid filming during peak hours. Use of tripods, camera equipment, or commercial-style shooting should not disturb other members.

pets are not allowed in the gym area and functional area. pets are allowed outside the gym premises and leashed all the time

members should report any injuries or equipment malfunctions to the nearby staff immediately

smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited in training area and its premises. vaping and smoking is only allowed in the bar areas

no outside trainers are allowed. members who wish to work with a personal trainer must use one of Obsidian’s trainers. trainers that wish to do their business at obsidian have to submit their request at the front desk
